Refrigeration

The Refrigeration Division of GEA is one of the world leaders in all aspects of industrial refrigeration. The Refrigeration Division headquarters are located in ‘s-Hertogenbosch, The Netherlands.

The services provided by the Division include:

There is virtually no limit to the ways in which the refrigeration technology and equipment of the Refrigeration Division can be applied. For example the Division supplies plant and equipment for food processing as well as the storage and transportation of food using optimised refrigeration systems. Refrigeration equipment and complete refrigeration systems made by GEA are used
throughout the food industry and in the brewery, beverage, marine, chemical, pharmaceutical and metallurgical industries too, as well as in air conditioning systems. Further applications include concrete cooling, ice plants and various freezing requirements such as ice-skating rinks and snow facilities. The expertise of GEA’s Refrigeration Division has made it the preferred choice of many of the world’s leading companies.

Service and maintenance

Correct maintenance prevents breakdowns, increases the life of plant and reduces operational costs. Specifications for industrial applications have
become more exact and require self-regulating installations that perform with even greater accuracy. The contracting subsidiaries therefore equip plants with microprocessorbased control and monitoring systems which manage entire on or offshore refrigeration systems. With this all in mind, the Refrigeration Division takes care of your system by ensuring and continuously upgrading the best possible service organisation within the industry.

Spare parts

Apractical and prompt parts organisation has been established to supply the necessary spare parts worldwide. Spare parts are sent immediately
and delivery is guaranteed within 24 hours when required. To shorten the delivery
time further, distribution centres have been formed throughout Europe, in Far & Middle East and North & South America.

Training courses

Extensive training courses are organised regularly for customers’ service engineers and mechanics to ensure proper operation and maintenance.
