"Fair Company" seal of quality for GEA Group
The GEA Group Corporation has been awarded the „Fair Company“ seal of quality by the magazine “karriere” of the “Handelsblatt” publishing house. Thus, this initiative rewards companies that offer graduates a fair chance for their career and that cultivate a fair interaction.
Hence, we fulfill the following criteria:
- GEA does not substitute any full-time jobs for interns, alleged improvers, guest students or similar
- GEA does not promise university graduates who applied for a permanent employment by offering an internship
- GEA does not lure interns with the vague prospect of a subsequent permanent employment
- GEA primarily offers internships for career orientation during the phase of apprenticeship
- GEA pays interns an adequate allowance
