GEA Tuchenhagen After Sales Service avoids downtime of process plants

GEA takes care by regular service for an optimum performance and minimum downtime of process plants. The After Sales Service is an opportunity for an excellent and efficient plant operation – even after many years of production.

GEA Tuchenhagen carries out service on single components, process lines as well as complete plants.

By performing an inspection on site, GEA Tuchenhagen can establish the actual state of a process plant, perform spot checks of seals and wear parts and prepare a maintenance plan. This will result in delivery of an individual and detailed service offer. GEA Tuchenhagen does service all GEA Tuchenhagen components, but also service components of other suppliers. The complete service will be setup based on the individual request of the customer.

The service mainly includes the replacement of worn parts by original parts, the cleaning of product contacted parts, a calibration of instrumentation and of course functional tests and leakage tests as well as a detailed documentation of all performed maintenance work.

Additionally GEA Tuchenhagen offers professional maintenance training in GEA’s Innovation Center or on request at the customer’s site.
