Motor driven orbital cleaners with operating pressure up to 25 bar

Newly added to the VARIPURE® cleaner program!

The motor-driven variants TMC 85 and TMC 45 complete the existing program range of GEA’s orbital cleaners for an optimal cleaning of process plants.

The motor-driven VARIPURE® Orbital Cleaners are used for the cleaning of tanks and vessels in the brewery, beverage, dairy and food industries as well as in the pharmaceutical, biotechnological, fine chemicals, cosmetics and health care sectors.

The VARIPURE® Orbital Cleaners type TMC 45 and TMC 85 are characterized by their straightforward design with just a few parts, a geometry which prevents dead pockets and their versatility with respect to mobile and stationary use.

The orbital cleaners are provided with rotating round-jet nozzles. The electric motor rotates the cleaning body about its vertical axis and the round-jet nozzles about their horizontal axis.

The head revolves at 14 rpm by default. The speed is infinitely adjustable via a frequency converter.

The cleaning pattern is three-dimensional, dense and uniformly distributed in the interior of the tank or vessel. The concentrated round jets provide a higher mechanical cleaning effect.

The new orbital cleaners operate with a continuously adjustable pressure of up to 25 bar and flow rates of 0.5- 30 m3/h. Tanks and vessels of a diameter up to 12 m can be cleaned without any problem.

GEA Tuchenhagen offers a comprehensive program of different VARIPURE® cleaners: static, rotating and orbital cleaners, just fine tuned for their task. The range of GEA’s cleaners can execute tank diameters of up to 27 m, the working pressure varies from 0.5 up to 90 bar, and flow rates of 0.5 up to 67 m³/h can be accomplished.
